We just wanted to let you know that we have had an amazing vacation in Costa Rica. Every region was beautiful including the Costa Rican animals. Each hotel was terrific and people were very nice everywhere. Thanks so much for the great itinery!

Eugenia, I wanted to thank you for a wonderful vacation! Everything was
perfect, I will continue to recommend your company for a great vacation. I would like to make one suggestion. We had dinner in La Fortuna at the
restaurant near the park, I think it was La Casada, but not sure of the
name. We also ate there on our last visit. Our meal was just fine, but
when I visited the ladies room I was really surprised. It was really "bad", very dirty. Had I seen that before we ate, we would never have
been able to dine there. Since their food is so good you may want to talk
to them about the condition of their bathrooms. It took a long time of not cleaning to get that bad. We still can't stop talking about the Peace Lodge - WOW! My brother in law and I did the Sky Trek zip line at Arenal and all four of
us took the Sky Tram up. I highly recommend that to everyone, we felt very
safe and well cared for. It was fantastic. Erik, our driver back to the airport was also a real pleasure, we enjoyed meeting him. Your phone calls to us were very reassuring as well. Hope to visit again.. Pura Vida.

Our accomadations were very lovely. The Arenal Obsevatory was just perfect, had everything we needed from long days of adventures. The Tango Mar was GREAT. Hilda was a wonderful Hostess and just loved the beaches and the peacefullness. The property is beautiful. Playa Langosta was nice. Alot of activitise and everyone we met was very friendly and nice. The best Western could live with out. Did not get much sleep that night and accomadations were so, so.

Back in the office today, I'm just seeing this email. My mistake on the
itinerary. As you know now, we spent a night in Dallas to visit my brother,
and left on June 10 for San Jose. I don't know how I missed that detail on
your very well done itinerary. I'm very impressed with how you responded
to this problem. Many thanks. Now that we're back, I just have to ask if
there was any way to get a refund on that 1st night hotel. I will
understand if you say no.
We loved our trip. The kids are usually anxious to get home after a week
of travel, but they loved the full 2 weeks on this trip. Each place we
went was wonderful. Sueno Azul was beautiful. Arenal Paraiso was excellent
- we all loved the pools, the swim up bar was a hit with the kids, and the
views outstanding. Loved the zip line. Borinquen was a wonderful treat
too - it was clearly low season there, so at first we found it odd that
there were so few families there. By Friday evening though more showed up.
Our ATV excursion was great fun. And we all loved the spa - we did mud
baths and chocolate massages. The rooms and grounds of the place were so
beautiful. Actually it was the nicest facility we stayed in. Enjoyed the
nice big room at Fonda Vela and the hikes both on bridges and at the
Reserve Biologica at Monteverde. Especially enjoyed the Frog Pond and the
Orchid Garden. I also recommend the Tramonti Pizzeria there - loved the
food and the ambiance.

Rachel and I would like to thank you and your staff for making our honeymoon wonderful. The trip was well organized, and your staff took care of us. Mr. Gomez and his wife, and other drivers including Vidal and Carlos were nice and professional.

Just wanted to thank you for an absolutely fantastic vacation. Everything
went very smoothly and we are very impressed with the service you and
your colleagues have provided.
The long trip was definitely worth it (IT took us 29 hours and 45 minutes
from the hotel in San Jose to our home in Norway). We really hope to come
back one day to check out more of the Caribbean side of your country and
we wouldn't mind a return to Corcovado either. Probably the most fascinating
place we've ever been to!
We will miss the amazing wildlife and the spectacular spells from Mother
Nature such as volcano eruptions in the middle of the night, big riptides
that makes beach landings difficult and tropical thunderstorms illuminating
the entire sky.
At least we have the memories...

We had a wonderful trip and thoroughly enjoyed all the places that
we stayed. The hotel in Santo Domingo was very nice, especially the gardens.
We enjoyed our stay there, however, I would say this was more of a business
hotel than a family hotel. The ranch in Rincon was great for our daughter;
she loved watching the horses and enjoyed the pool everyday. We also met
other families with children while staying there so she was able to play
with other kids. The hotel in Samara was also nice (the air conditioning
really helped) as we were able to watch monkeys everyday and cows and
horse walked freely by the hotel. The hotel in San Jose was a great ending
to the trip. Arriving to a bathtub was an extra treat for our daughter
as she is not fond of showers.
