This is a list of new projects that just recently opened their doors in Costa Rica.

Hotel Le Cameleon: Nestled in the Caribbean Coast, within the tropical forest of Puerto Viejo de Limon. With 23 exquisitely decorated rooms and suites, this new deluxe boutique-style hotel is the only one in its category in the area.  With its trendy and contemporary style, its serene atmosphere, its excellent-appointed facilities that include the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Monteverde Train Forest tour : Through a wonderful 90 minute tour and on a true railroad, this tour will take you to admire the heart of the Monteverde Cloud Forest., aboard a comfortable and beautiful trains that looks nothing different than one from an Old Western movie, with the clear advantage of being committed with the environment, and operating under those strict values. “Doña Delsa” and “Rolo” – the locomotives, will take you to experience Monteverde in a whole new way.

Veragua Rainforest Tour: With world-class facilities, astonishing natural beauty, and a commitment to conservation and scientific research, Veragua Rainforest is the new place to visit if you want to get the most complete, exciting and educational Caribbean rainforest experience. Located on a 1300-hectare (about 4000 acre) private reserve surrounded by 100% Rainforest in the province of Limon, the park is a buffer zone for La Amistad National Park (“Friendship National Park”),named so because it is shared between Costa Rica and Panamá. On the way to Puerto Viejo and Cahuita, Veragua is a must stop.

Hotel Mediterraneus: Located in Playa Potrero in the North Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, Meditteraneus Boutique Hotel is a true new concept of a hotel built in harmony with nature and the environment while providing a deluxe beach experience.  As it name claims it, the hotel is built in a Mediterranean style, with rooms carefully appointed. Hotel facilities include swimming pool, yoga room, children’s play area, gym and beautiful landscaping.

The Falls Resort: Still in the final stages of construction, but already open to the public, this is the first Legacy Resort in the country. It’s located in Manuel Antonio, Quepos and its being offered as a deluxe boutique hotel that also offers purchase interest. All the suites at the Hotel (Divided in standard, deluxe and double deluxe) are carefully appointed with DVD player, a/c, cable television and a stocked mini-bar. Under construction are 3 Deluxe Tree Houses that will blend a creative eco-friendly design with all the necessary comforts.
