Even
though we have tried to offer you as many options as we can think of, we know
everybody has different needs and preferences. Feel free to ask us for a customized
itinerary if you feel the ones described previously do not offer you what
you are looking for.
Before sending the request form, please refer to the following guidelines
that will help us create a thorough proposal for you.
The first thing we need to know is your approximate travel date. Since
we are located in Costa Rica, we cannot offer you airfare. Please make your
airline reservations first (even if they are just tentative ones) and give
us an estimated travel date. Most of the hotels and car rental agencies
have different rates depending on the season; therefore a quote may change
for two different travel periods.
Costa Rica has something for everyone. Please let us know which areas
of the country you would like to visit and what kind of activities interest
you so we may design an itinerary that includes these interests. In order
to help you decide which locations to visit, we’ve divided the regions
of the country into those of tourist interest. In the hotels & tours
by zone section you will find relevant information about the different areas
of the country. And remember, we are travel advisors and are here to help.

need assistance on deciding what to do.
Let us know how much you are expecting to pay each night for lodging.
This way we can quote hotels that are within your budget. We have three
definitions for all the hotels depending on their rates: B means Budget
($40 - $75), S means Standard ($85 -$120), BH means Boutique Hotel ($100-$190)
and D means Deluxe (over $170). Some hotels may qualify for two different
definitions because they offer room categories at different rates.
If you are traveling with children, let us know their ages and the type
of accommodations that you desire (all in one room or in separate rooms).
Keep in mind that most of the hotels charge a certain fee for children over
6 sharing the same room with parents and that many hotels limit to 2 the
number of children in the same room.
If you do not want to drive, we can arrange private transfers or we can
hire the services of a bilingual naturalist guide and van for either a part
of your trip or for the entire vacation.
If you have any specific requirements like a certain size of bed, or
if you have specific food requirements or a handicap, please let us know
ahead of time.
