Upon receiving your call or e-mail message indicating the package you are interested in or the itinerary you desire, the number of people traveling (and your ages in case of children) and the date of travel, we will check on availability and will get back to you within the next 24 working hours with an answer. If the package is available, you will be asked to print the credit card authorization form that is located on our web site, fill it in and fax or email it back to us to proceed with reservations The Credit Card Form, at this point, is merely a guarantee for us and we will not put any charges on your credit card unless you cancel your reservations after we have confirmed the booking of the package. In that case, a $100 deposit will be charged to cover our booking expenses.
Once we receive the signed form, we will make all the reservations and we will send you a confirmation within the next 72 hours. The confirmation will indicate the complete itinerary we have booked for you, as well as the number of people traveling and the deadline for payment. Since we are a travel agency, hotels in Costa Rica require prepayment from us in order to guarantee all your reservations; therefore, we will request payment from you at least one month before tour date. For super-high season reservations (Christmas Holidays, Easter week) we will respect the individual hotel payment policies, this means we may request payment sooner. For reservations made less than a month before tour date, payment will be required one week after the confirmation of the reservation. Payments may be made as follows:
Money transfer to our bank account: you can use either of the following two banks to wire us the money (any other bank should be able to send the money as well, so just give this information to your bank and they will take care of wiring the money):

Please let us know as soon as the transfer has been made so we may check it with the bank (this procedure usually takes around 72 hours).
Credit card charge. In this case, we will need a photocopy of your passport or photo ID to verify the signature on the card. A copy of the credit card on both sides is also needed. This is the fastest and probably, easiest, way. Please note that at this moment, we only take VISA cards.
As soon as we receive your payment, your reservations will be guaranteed and we will mail your confirmation vouchers, driving instructions and hotel locations, travel suggestions and recommendations based on the areas you will be visiting.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If reservations have been made but we have not received payment for them, there will be a $100 charge to your credit card to cover our booking expenses. For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your tour, there will be a full refund minus hotel deposits and booking fee. For cancellations made 29 to 15 days prior to the scheduled tour, there will be a 50% refund, minus hotel deposits and booking fee. In the Green Season (May 1 through November 30), refund for cancellations received 14 days or less prior to the tour, will be subject to each hotel’s policy. In this case, refunds will be made minus hotel deposits and booking fee. IN THE HIGH SEASON (DECEMBER 1 THROUGH APRIL 30) THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE 14 OR FEWER DAYS PRIOR TO THE TOUR.
