The apartments we provide are quite roomy, with high ceilings and luxurious fittings. The smallest available floor plan is 690 square feet, and the largest is 2400 square feet. 1078 square feet for a studio or smaller 1 bedroom. A two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is sure to meet your every requirement. You’ll feel at home with our state-of-the-art smart home technology and stunning vistas of the Wasatch Range and the city lights in the valley below.
Our 7,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center is fully equipped for all of your exercise needs. You won’t be able to get bored with the wide variety of free fitness courses offered each month or the state-of-the-art weight lifting, cardio, and functional training equipment. Relax in our rooftop hot tub and grilling station with a flat-screen TV, or take a plunge in our sun-drenched pool with a lap lane and hot tub.
Our pet play area features an off-leash dog park, many dog-friendly paths, and a pet wash and grooming station, all of which are sure to please pet lovers. Families will like the two pickleball courts, one basketball court, and one playground located both within and outside the clubhouse. We also provide a secure place to keep your bicycles or skis so you can quickly and easily go off on an adventure.
Draper’s proximity to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude ski resorts and the world-famous Flight Park make it an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts.
