The community amenities available are just as impressive as the apartments themselves. Our residents have year-round access to two community swimming pools, a quality fitness center, an off-leash dog park, and a playground for younger members of the community. For our resident pet lovers, we accommodate up to three pets per apartment with no weight limit, although breed restrictions do apply. The monthly pet rent ranges from $30 to $50, and a non-refundable pet fee of $400 is applicable.
