We’re always looking for ways to improve the client experience at Travelers Haven. After we updated invoice accessibility on the portal, we took a look at how users like you submitted housing orders and made a few needed tweaks. Our new housing request form is both faster and more customizable to capture exactly what you’re looking for.
Now when you open up your housing orders (which will load 10x faster!), you’ll notice a few changes. Here’s more details on what’s new:
Customize your housing orders page.
You can now select and save how you’d like to view all of your housing orders by choosing which columns are relevant to you.
View worksite location on Google Maps.
Be specific with more options.
Our housing request form now offers more flexibility to input exactly what you need. Some examples include:
- Select multiple property types at once
- More variability in number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Specify in-unit or on-property smoking preference
Save default answers by section for faster future requests.
Set how you want your housing request form to be pre-populated either by section or by the entire form.

Request multiples of the same unit setup.
Instead of submitting a “Bulk Order,” you can now make a “Group Request” for up to 50 requests of the same type.
